Employees can use their existing Central account to open Connect. What each employee can do inside Connect follows their company role and permissions.
One company sign-in
Your Central password stays in Central. Connect receives a short-lived sign-in handoff and does not store a second employee password.
Connect is an internal company system. Customer information is not available without an authenticated employee account.
